Business aviation does not work like an airline. The slot moves, the passengers walk from the aircraft to a car in under a minute, and nobody wants to stand in a general aviation lounge waiting for a taxi that was called when the wheels touched.
So we work from the flight, not from a phone call. Send us the tail number and the planned arrival, or have your operator send them, and we follow the aircraft in. Your driver is at the terminal before you are, with the name and number plate already sent to whoever is meeting you, and the price already agreed.
Confirm 24 to 30 hours ahead. Meeting the aircraft on the apron is arranged in advance with the airport, and that is the notice it takes. Book earlier if you can; if the slot moves after that, tell us and the driver moves with it.
Schiphol East is the one most people mean: the general aviation terminal on the far side of the airport from the main building, with its own road access. We also collect from Rotterdam The Hague, Lelystad, Eindhoven, Maastricht and Groningen Eelde, and from the Belgian airports if that is where you land.
The Mercedes S-Class is waiting for you at the terminal. There are three of them, with cabins in cream, black and cognac brown, and ten vans behind them. A V-Class takes your party — friends, family or crew — and a Vito can come along for the luggage. Quiet, clean, and the same vehicles every time. Your driver carries the bags, is discreet, and stays with you for the day if that is what the day needs.

How much notice do you need?
Confirm the pickup at least 24 to 30 hours before the aircraft lands. That is the notice we need to arrange for the car to meet the aircraft on the apron. With less notice, ask anyway — we will tell you what is possible.
Which terminals do you serve?
The general aviation terminal at Schiphol East, Rotterdam The Hague Airport, Lelystad Airport, Eindhoven Airport, Maastricht Aachen Airport and Groningen Airport Eelde — plus the Belgian airports, if your aircraft lands there and you are heading for the Netherlands.
How do you know when we land?
Give us the tail number and the planned slot, or have your operator or broker send them. We follow the flight, and the driver is at the terminal before the aircraft blocks on. If the slot moves, tell us and the driver moves with it — the first hour of waiting is included, as on every airport pick-up we do.
Where will the driver be?
At the general aviation terminal itself. These are small buildings with the car a few steps from the door, not a main terminal with a taxi rank. Your driver is inside or at the kerb with the vehicle, and we send the name and number plate to you or your assistant beforehand.
What vehicles do you use?
Three Mercedes S-Class saloons, with cabins in cream, black and cognac brown, each with room for up to three passengers alongside you. Behind them are ten vans. A Mercedes V-Class takes the party — friends, family or crew, up to seven passengers with luggage — and a Mercedes Vito can come along as a luggage vehicle. Tell us the head count and the bags and we send the right one, or two.
Can the same driver take us around for the day?
Yes. Tell us the outline of the day when you book and the driver and vehicle stay with you, waiting wherever you are, until you are done.
