Where exactly will the driver be?
Upstairs at Departures, level 2, lane 2 — not in the arrivals hall. About fifteen minutes after you land we send you the driver's name and the vehicle's number plate, so you know who you are looking for. Meeting you inside arrivals with a name sign can be added for 25 euros in a car or 35 in a van.
Do you drop off at the Rotterdam cruise terminal?
Yes, right at the terminal building. Tell us your ship and sailing time when you book and we will build in a margin.
Is it cheaper than the train?
For one person, no. For three or more with luggage it usually works out similar or better, and it is door to door with no changes.
