Schiphol to central Amsterdam is a short run, and that is exactly why it is worth getting right. After a long flight the last thing anyone wants is a queue at the taxi rank or a train with two changes and a suitcase.
Here is exactly what happens. About fifteen minutes after you land, we send you your driver’s name and the vehicle’s number plate. You collect your bags, come out of arrivals, follow the signs for Departures and go up one level: Departures, level 2, lane 2. Your driver is waiting at the kerb there, normally within five to fifteen minutes, because we keep drivers on standby at the airport rather than sending one out when you call.
If you would rather be met inside the terminal — driver parked, waiting by the exit with your name on a sign — that can be added for 25 euros in a car or 35 in a van.
The price is agreed in advance and does not move — not for traffic, not for luggage, not for a late landing.

Your driver parks, walks into the terminal and waits by the exit with your name on a sign, then carries the bags out to the car. Worth it if you are travelling with small children, elderly parents or a lot of luggage. Ask for it when you book.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and adjust the pick-up automatically. The first hour of waiting after landing is free, so a delay costs you nothing.
Where exactly will the driver be?
Upstairs at Departures, level 2, lane 2 — not in the arrivals hall. Come out of arrivals, follow the signs for Departures and go up one level. Your driver is waiting at the kerb, usually 5 to 15 minutes. About a quarter of an hour after you land we send you the driver's name and the vehicle's number plate, so you know exactly who you are looking for.
Can you meet me inside the arrivals hall instead?
Yes, as a paid extra: 25 euros in a car, 35 euros in a van. Your driver parks in the garage, walks into the terminal and waits by the exit with your name on a sign. It costs extra because it is a 15 to 20 minute walk each way and the driver may be waiting a long time if you are held at passport control. Ask for it when you book.
Can you carry a lot of luggage?
Yes. The V-Class takes seven passengers with luggage, and we would rather you told us in advance so we send the right vehicle.
